| How
it Works |
After
an initial session in which Rainmaker Coaching clients
assess their business development strengths and articulate
a vision for their practice, Sara Holtz guides clients
to develop a business development plan that
focuses on high-potential clients and high-payoff
activities.
Every two weeks, Rainmaker Coaching clients speak
with Sara Holtz by telephone to discuss their progress
in implementing their business development plan.
During these coaching sessions, clients determine
what is and what is not working and refine their
plan to maximize its effectiveness. |
