Rainmaker Coaching clients receive one-on-one coaching with Sara Holtz. During these coaching sessions, clients grow their books of business by:

  • Developing a marketing approach based on individual strengths;
  • Focusing marketing efforts on high-potential opportunities;
  • Identifying marketing activities that are both efficient and effective;
  • Organizing business development strategies into a specific, realistic action plan;
  • Maintaining momentum in marketing efforts.

Rainmaker Coaching clients become more comfortable asking for business, more confident as business developers, and more efficient by developing a “marketing mindset”, which integrates business development into daily activities


How it Works

After an initial session in which Rainmaker Coaching clients assess their business development strengths and articulate a vision for their practice, Sara guides clients to develop a business development plan that focuses on high potential clients and high payoff activities.

Every two weeks, Rainmaker Coaching clients speak with Sara by telephone to discuss their progress in implementing their business development plan. During these coaching sessions, clients determine what is and what is not working and refine their plan to maximize its effectiveness.

Sara Holtz and her clients brainstorm fresh approaches for marketing obstacles that individual clients face. Each session ends with specific action steps for the client to take prior to the next coaching session.

Throughout the coaching relationship, clients can contact Sara by e-mail for additional support.
